Segments on Meditation, Pranayama ( Breathe Work), Basic Daily Ayurvedic Practices, Thai Bodywork, Nutrition, Solutions from Nature

Learn how the ancient science of yoga can help us in modern times with Social Media, Addiction, Grief, Self-Acceptance

Behind the Scenes of Yoga- Learn about the business, how you can support your community as students or increase your business as teachers. 

Learn to teach in an informal way to your family, friends, co-workers and perhaps begin the journey to becoming a professional teacher.
