Walk The Line: Fall 2019, Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church, Tuesday, 10. September 2019

Walk the Line is a 10-week healthy lifestyle class for adults who live, work or play near the Atlanta BeltLine’s Westside Trail. Our goal is to provide you with actionable steps to help you on your journey to wellness. We want you to cross the finish line after 10 weeks with a new perspective on what it means to live well!
September 10 – November 12, 2019Tuesdays 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Here's what you can expect:

Exercise – Each week we will walk on the BeltLine’s Westside Trail.

Health education – Grady experts will teach about different aspects of health and wellness.

Healthy meals – We will share a healthy meal together every week.

Health screenings – You will be offered blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI screenings at the beginning and end of the program.

Health coaching – Our volunteer health coaches will be checking in with you along the way to support you, encourage you, and celebrate your successes!

If I participated in Walk the Line previously, can I sign up again?
If you participated in a previous session of WTL, you must bring at least two new people with you in order to participate again. Your invitees must register online, and you must include their names in your registration.

Can I bring children with me to Walk the Line?
This program is designed for adults, and child care will not be provided. If you must bring your children or grandchildren in order to participate, please adhere to the following guidelines: 1) children must be under your supervision at all times; 2) you must include the names and ages of your children in your registration; 3) children should not be disruptive to other participants.
Teens can sign up with a parent. They will be expected to particpate in all Walk the Line activities.
