Advanced Management Program (AMP)
Today’s business climate is driven by change. Leaders need to be agile and quick in order to respond to rapidly changing market conditions.  Unfortunately, many are losing the race.  Fighting fires is a difficult that has to be carried out under stressful conditions. If we can get ahead of the wave, we can better plan for uncertainty, prepare for unexpected opportunities, and we can transform ourselves from being the ‘disrupted” to becoming the ‘disruptor’.  That is exactly what this program is about!
Many companies are in the process of working through their own digital transformation programs.  Many such programs are tied to efforts to capture and take advantage of our data driven would by utilizing technologies such as IoT (Internet-of-Things), eCommerce, AI (Artificial Intelligences), Big-Data, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), or BPM (Business Process Management).  These are all worthwhile efforts but they have to be understood under a real-time results-driven business framework which many refer to as the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
This 5-day, open-enrollment program focuses on the challenges of management in such a increasingly digitized and networked world. Such environments are greatly impacted by escalating competition, organizational change and structural re-alignment brought on by the requirement to deliver constantly increasing levels of value to both enterprise and consumer markets. The program provides high-potential rising leaders with the tools and perspectives needed to manage and lead in an environment transformed by new business models, new operational procedures, and the convergence of telecommunications, technology and media.
