In Partner With Yoga Fitness Brand We are Now Providing Tipsy Yoga! Each Yoga class begins with a 5-minute Meet on Your Matt introduction were We will toast to the beginning of our practice and participate in brief introductions. The class is a 40-minute White Wine glass in hand vinyasa flow that ends with a 10-minute Shavasana Sip Session.




What to wear: Comfortable clothing to move in and out of poses, a mat, a towel and a bottle of water. 
*** Must Be 21+ To Drink

Healthy. Water is provided before, during and after the class.
Excessive drinking is not tolerated. Consume no more than one glass of wine before class begins
Consuming alcohol is not required to attend Drunk Yoga.
