As a clinical supervisor, you are responsible for both helping your supervisees grow and ensuring ethical standards are upheld. New and seasoned clinicians benefit from regular meetings with their supervisors to review challenging cases, discuss theoretical approaches and interventions, and guarantee the highest level of care for their clients. However, supervision is more than just a weekly meeting where you provide support. A supervisor must also enforce the utmost ethical standards. This half- day workshop will provide tools and techniques to help participants align their supervision practice with the ethical and clinical requirements necessary to support their supervisees. This workshop will include opportunities for participants to practice their new skills in a safe small group setting.
Light Continental Breakfast will be served.
