USAGSO cooking series, Taste the World, takes us to Germany to learn a nutritious & comforting Spätzle with Pilzragout recipe with Catherine

About this Event

Join USA Girl Scouts Overseas for another delicious cooking class in the new Taste the World program series!

At least once a month, we will feature a Chef or Home Cook, teaching us how to create a dish from their country. The host will share stories about their country and their culture as they guide you through how to prepare the dish du juor.

During this session, Catherine will teach us how to make Spätzle with Pilzragout (noodles with mushroom stew) from her home in Bonn, Germany! Our mouths are already watering just thinking about it!!

This event is open to all program grade levels (Girl Scout Daisies through Ambassadors) and ***** volunteers.

Here's what to except after you sign up:

  • A list of ingredients and supplies needed to prepare the course will be sent 1-2 weeks prior to the event to the email address provided during registration.
  • A confirmation email with Zoom connection details will be sent 1-2 days prior to the event to the email address provided during registration.
  • We will record the class. The recording and recipe will be sent within 1-week after the program so that you will always be able to recreate the dish!
