Webinar dates and times have been chosen to fall in line with the Oxbridge application process, and to avoid clashes with school commitments. Seminars will run as follows:

Seminar 1: Preparing to make an Oxbridge application

Wednesday 19 August 2020, 7-8pm (UK)

Applying to the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge requires candidates to go above and beyond the standard UCAS submission. This seminar is designed to ensure you 'hit the ground' running next academic year. to give yourself the best possible chances of success. In this first seminar, we will focus on course selection, college choice, and super-curricular profile building.

Seminar 2: Writing an effective personal statement

Wednesday 16 September 2020 , 7-8pm (UK)

Personal Statements are one of the most important aspects of an Oxbridge application. Building on our previous workshop, this seminar we will deconstruct aspects of your personal statement to make sure you are presenting the best version of yourself. All attendees will be given access to our Personal Statement Writing Masterclass in advance, and will be offered the opportunity to have a draft of their statement professionally reviewed by our Director.

Seminar 3: Preparing for your Admissions/ Aptitude Test

Wednesday 14 October 2020, 7-8pm (UK)

Admissions/ Aptitude Tests are used by the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge to differentiate between applicants. It is the one standardised aspect of the application through which admissions tutors can begin to separate candidates. Preparation for your test is key. In this seminar we will focus on how to best to approach tests, what steps you can take to enhance chances of success, and common pitfalls to avoid.

Seminar 4: Admissions Interview Preparedness

Wednesday 11 November 2020, 7-8pm (UK)

In our final seminar, we will dedicate a full hour to Oxbridge interview preparation. Candidates often find the interview process the most daunting aspect of their application. We will focus on preparation and strategies for success, including advice on public speaking and interview communication, how to approach challenging questions, what to wear to your interview, and guidance on coping mechanisms to combat stress and axiety.

We look forward to working with you on your Oxbridge application.

The cost for all four webinars, access to our Personal Statement Writing Masterclass, a professional proof check of your draft personal statement and opportunities for Q&A with our Director is £200 inclusive.
