Register today to receive free assistance completing your citizenship application!

At the workshop, you will receive assistance completing your citizenship application (form N-400) and fee waiver or reduced fee applications. Once completed, our lawyers and Department of Justice-accredited representatives will review your submissions for accuracy and send them to USCIS on your behalf. All services are free to those who are income-eligible!
Registration is required and you will be provided an appointment time for the workshop on January 19th.
How to register:
Register online by clicking "register" above, or call (887) 226-0314 to register by phone. Online registrants will be called back and screened over the phone. If we are unable to reach you for a screening call, we reserve the right to cancel your registration. 
Required documentation and information:

Your green card and all current and expired passports.
List of all trips and dates outside of the U.S. in the past 5 years.
List of employment and/or schools for the past five years, including start and end dates.
List of home addresses where have you lived in the last 5 years, including start and end dates.
Information about your current spouse and all prior marriages for you and your spouse, including names, addresses, dates/places of birth, date/place of marriage, SSN, immigration status and A# (if any).
Information about all of your children, including names, addresses, dates/places of birth, SSN, immigration status and A# (if any).
If you have been arrested: Bring ALL arrest and court documents, even if charges were dropped or record expunged.
Men Only: If you were living in the U.S. between the ages of 18 and 26, please bring evidence of Selective Service registration. You can get evidence of your Selective Service registration by calling 888-655-1825 or visiting .

How to know if you are eligible for a fee waiver or reduced fee so that you can file your application for free or at a reduced rate:
For a fee waiver (making the application completely free):

You or spouse receive a means-tested public benefit
Your household income below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines (see chart below)
You have a financial hardship (such as recent unemployment or high medical expenses)

For a reduced fee (making the application cost $405):

Your household income is between 150% and 200% of the guidelines (see chart below)
