Class III: Experimental Pastas
Join Birchtree's Chef/Owner Rasa Stirbys Benefico and Head Chef Ryan Horowitz  for an afternoon of pasta-making and fun. Guests will make basic pasta doughs and work to create two different pastas shapes including Pici, and work with a variety of house ingredients to create signature pasta dishes. Enjoy appetizers while you work in the Birchtree kitchen, then sit for a family-style meal complete with your pastas, salad, bread and dessert. 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Globe Dye Works is:

From 95: Aramingo exit / Left on Aramingo Ave. / Left on Church St. / Right on Worth St. / Globe Dye Works on left

From Church St. El Stop: Walk 5 blocks east on Church St. / Globe Dye Works on left

From Route 1 North: Right at Adams Ave. (must be in outer lanes) Left at Orthodox St. / Right on Worth St. / Globe Dye Works on right

There is street parking on Worth and Kinsey Streets. When you arrive, you'll enter on Kinsey Street where you'll see the Birchtree Catering chalkboard sign. Call our office at 215-744-9489 with any issues. 

What can I bring into the event?
This event is BYO. 
Dress comfortably, with non-slip shoes if possible and hair ties if necessary. Our kitchen can be a bit chilly in the winter, bring layers to keep warm. 
All else will be provided, including aprons!
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not have to bring your printed ticket, we'll have the attendee list on site.  
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
It's okay! Just make sure they know the name of who is registered so we can check them in. 
Is there a reschedule date if it snows? 
We currently do not have a reschedule date, but will refund tickets if the class does not occur. 
Can my tickets be refunded?
There will only be refunds in the case of a canceled event. If you are unable to attend the event, you can transfer your ticket to another guest.
