Nurturing the Inquiry Mindset
 This event introduces teachers to building a culture of inquiry with a focus on fostering relationships that enable learners to embrace their new role in the classroom.  Through a scaffolded approach to inquiry, deepening an understanding of essential questions and big ideas, sparking curiosity and wonder in learning, and unpacking examples from the K-12 classroom, participants will leave the day with a variety of tools, ideas, and actionable resources to return to their classrooms and leverage their Inquiry Mindset right away.
 Registration includes:  6 PD Hours, Lunch, and Parking

Trevor MacKenzie is a Teacher, Consultant, and Author of DIve Into Inquiry and co-author of Inquiry Mindset.  A globally recognized inquiry specialist, Trevor supports schools and organizations in adopting an inquiry model to empower learners.  Through intentional planning, mindful application of increasing student agency, and social constructivism, Trevor models how to facilitate inquiry throughout his sessions enabling participants to bring inquiry back to their students.
