Join us to explore how to hold space for those you serve.  This two-day professional development opportunity will begin your journey of learning Motivational Interviewing (MI) from a trauma-informed lens. We will experientially explore:

Simple tools for on-going learning
Alignments with Cultural Humility and Trauma-Informed Awareness & Wellness

This workshop is designed for all human service professionals and leaders.  The event is led by Shawn Smith, member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers, Founder of Share Training and Co-Founder of the Alma Institute  Shawn has trained MI to thousands of professionals including those serving in workforce development, criminal justice, health care, behavioral health, education, and youth services.
