This is ideal for babies 2 years and under that can be worn, sit in strollers or hang in their car seat.Led by Coach Kate, 11 year CrossFit coach and 14 months postpartum the last year she learned that wearing her son was a way of bonding with her son while giving her body the movement it craved.
