Sunday Only! Join Laura Gotlin Yoga and Integrative Nutrition for a chair yoga session. This workshop will improve overall health of mind, body and soul from the comfort of a chair. This practice is not only for students who cannot use a mat but also geared towards people who spend most of their day behind a desk, "keyboard captives." You will learn how to alleviate pain, correct posture, increase mobility, reduce stress levels, introduce mindfulness, build awareness within the body, and practice breathing techniques to help avoid unnecessary conflict and tension.

Once purchased, tickets can be used to enter on either day.  To enter both days, a second ticket is required.
Both events will begin at 10:30AM, with a walking meditation from LaTourette Golf Course to the Museum.
Please park at the golf course for this event, as there is no parking in front of hte museum.  Additional parking is available at the bottom of Lighthouse Hill.
