Intelligent Change for Leaders, Center for Nonprofit Studies | ACC Highland Business Center, Tuesday, 24. March 2020

“Leadership is a journey, not a destination.”
Change is constant and inevitable. You may know an organizational change needs to happen, but do you understand the mechanics of implementing effective change? Where do you start? Whom do you involve? How do you see it through to the end?
If you are interested in leading change in your organization, this session is for you. You’ll walk away with techniques that you, as an individual, can use to effectively lead teams through change. You’ll also learn how to assist in identifying personal changes to be a leader others want to follow.
This Intelligent Change for Leaders session incorporates findings from multiple studies, including: Kotter’s Change Management System; neuroscience and the work of neurotransmitters and change; Brené Brown’s works on vulnerability and trust; emotional intelligence; guiding change; along with the Four Disciplines of Execution and utilizing keystone habits in the workplace.
