Infant Massage for Caregivers event

Bonding with your baby through mindful touch on a regular basis has countless measurable benefits including; easing tension, relieving symptoms associated with constipation and colic, overall emotional well being, reduce stress, improves sleep patterns, increases mental stimulation and helps the caregiver read and respond better to the baby's signals. In this workshop, you will learn how to read your baby's cues, contraindications, how to set the environment, and different methods of nurturing is a fun workshop for parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles and whomever you trust to care for your little $40 class is for newborns, infant to crawling, with pregnant women welcome.
