The focus of this course is to introduce you to -- and teach you the fundamental positions, body mechanics, and movements of -- SomaVeda® Thai Yoga and other Indigenous Therapies.
You will learn about the practice.  You will receive extensive hands-on training and mentoring, and you gain confidence by practicing the movements and positions on each other.
When you have completed the course, you will be equipped with the skills, movements, and confidence to give a 50-minute SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Session.
