Farm to Table Cooking with The Farm at Dover Vineyards, 7th Street Public Market, Monday, 23. September 2019

The Farm at Dover Vineyards is a local farm that will be teaching you a 4-course meal using produce in season! This hands-on class will be making: salad, carrot soup, squash and mushroom fettucini, and apple pie!  
The intimate kitchen setting, with seating for 8-12 people, allows participants to watch the menu being prepared, ask questions, and take part in the action! Your ticket includes dinner; one drink ticket redeemable for wine, beer or pressed juice; recipes; and a 7th Street Public Market apron to take home.
