Employee engagement is the discretionary commitment the employee has to the organization and its goals. This  commitment means engaged employees actually take pride in their work and are loyal to their company.  In this workshop, we will review and discuss the leadership and personal concepts of Employee Engagement. The target audience is executive and middle management who are challenged with relationship between employee maximum satisfaction and company maximum contribution.
Member company practitioners will share, and discuss concepts, tools, systems and measurement techniques of how to implement programs that foster and support engagement. Included will be how these programs interface with performance reviews, training programs, suggestion programs, employee development and career pathing.
