Course Description
Take a plunge on this two day, in-person, fun-filled learning adventure on Scrum Product Owner role. If you are new to Product Owner role, this course will help you embark on the Scrum journey by introducing you to Scrum and diving deep into the role of Product Owner, in a very practical and hands-on fashion. If you are already an experienced Product Owner, this course will help you explore techniques on Product Backlog Management, creating a Vision, building a Roadmap, and Planning your Releases. If you are in a leadership role, you will benefit by understanding how to engage with a Product Owner in value-based conversations.
The course focuses not only on the competencies of Product Owner role, but also on the strategy, purpose, understanding your customer and product backlog management. The class is filled with expert sharing from highly experienced Certified Scrum Trainer accredited by Scrum Alliance, as well as participant sharing of experiments, experiences, stories, problems and resolution. There are fun exercises with practical application all through the course to reinforce learning and elevate knowledge retainment. The participants also experience the Product Owner role first-hand through a well-designed simulation.
At the end of the class, participants gain CSPO certification get 16 SEUs
