Women and Leadership Workshop (Brought to you by Pathbuilders)
For over a decade, researchers have seen a link
between the representation of women in senior
leadership and the financial performance of
organizations – yet, there has been little movement of
the needle with respect to women in senior executive
positions. Together in this session, we will explore
powerful data to support not just what the numbers
show but why gender-diverse senior teams are more
successful. We will simplify the complex concepts
that limit women’s mobility and highlight the key
drivers that enable organizations and women to make
the needle move.
Facilitator and expert – Helene Lollis, President and CEO, Pathbuilders
