2020 Traffic Safety ConferencePlease join us for the 3rd biennial Traffic Safety Conference, hosted by the Washington Traffic Safety Commission. This three-day event is formed to promote dialogue around the hottest issues in traffic safety and build partnerships among public, private, and non-profit organizations. We will bring new information and innovation to you through breakout sessions, networking opportunities, and general sessions.

We have reserved a room block for conference attendees at The Davenport Grand Hotel at the government per diem rate of $105 per night. 
The cut-off date for room reservations in this block is May 6, 2020.
What is included with the conference registration?Registration includes admission to the conference and all conference meals (2 breakfasts and 3 lunches).
How do I sign up to become a vendor or sponsor?Please contact Erica Stineman at estineman@ or (360)725-9893 to discuss available opportunities before you register. Registering on Eventbrite does not guarantee a vendor booth unless you have prior confirmation from WTSC.
What are the parking fees?Guests of the hotel: Reduced rate of $12 overnight (self-park only)Regular self-park rates: $5 for hour 1-4/$1 each additional hour or $17 overnightValet Rates: $17 Event valet or $22 overnight valet
What are check in times and check out times at the Davenport Grand Hotel?Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m.
How do I cancel my hotel reservation if I am not attending the conference?You need to call the hotel directly and within the time frame given on your hotel confirmation.
When does the online conference registration close?May 26, 2020, or when we reach full capacity. If the category you wish to register under is full, please contact the event organizer to check if additional tickets can be released.
Can I update, change, or cancel my conference registration information?Yes. Your conference registration receipt contains a link to your specific registration on Eventbrite where you can edit your information, cancel your registration, or contact the event organizer for additional assistance.  If you need a refund, contact the event organizer before May 26, 2020.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the conference?Yes. Bring your printed ticket with the bar code to the conference as backup documentation in case there is a discrepancy in your registration. This is how we will look you up and provide your registration materials.
Where do I mail my check?Print a copy of your conference registration ticket and attach it to your check. Mail BOTH items to:
