The 2019 National Interdiction Conference is energized and coordinated by the National Criminal Enforcement Association [NCEA] and Desert Snow. This conference event could not happen without the support of numerous state and federal programs which include the Drug Interdiction Assistance Program [DIAP], El Paso Intelligence Center [EPIC], High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area [HIDTA], the Domestic Highway Enforcement [DHE] program, Air and Marine Operations Center [AMOC], Homeland Security Investigation’s National Bulk Cash Smuggling Center, and many others.
This intense training and networking conference is the highest attended of its kind available in the United States

In order to attend this conference, all registrants must be one of the following:
· Active Law Enforcement (Federal, State, Local, Military, etc.)
· Active Prosecutors (District Attorney, Solicitor, AUSA, etc.)
· Criminal Interdiction Support Personnel (Intel Analyst, etc.
Note: Credentials are required when checking in at the conference and must be carried at all times while at the conference

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the refunds listed hereafter based on amount of notice provided to the NIC: 100% refund prior to 60 days; 90% refund between 60 days and 45 days; 75% refund between 45 days and 15 days; 50% refund between 15 days and 48 hours; no refunds 48 hours prior to event. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
An official government ID is required for all attendees. The identification must list the attendee as a member of law enforcement, a law enforcement analyst, intelligence analyst, prosecutor, government official in an approved capacity, or military member with a related MOS.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Transportation to the event host site is the responsibility of the attendee. If the attendee is staying at one of the overflow hotels, transportation to and from the host hotel to the conference site is available on a first come first serve basis.

What's the refund policy?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
It will speed up the registration process is the printed ticket is brought to the registration desk at check-in. However, attendees can register without the ticket as long as the attendee has a valid ID which has the same name as the registration associated with the ticket.
Can I update my registration information?
Attendees can update their information and are encourage to do so if their name, contact information or preferences change up April 28th.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
It depends, if there is a first name / middle name change there will be no issue. If the name is totally different from the registration name substantial justification will be required before the attendee can be admitted.
Are meals provided?
The only meal provided is the banquet dinner on May 2nd. This meal is included in the price of the registration. All other meals are to be covered by the attendee individually. Dedicated / discounted meal service will be provided on site so that additional travel is not required but it will still be incumbent upon the attendee to pay those costs directly.
Will there be ample parking for my vehicle on a daily basis during the conference?
Yes, there is ample free parking at the event site and all host hotels. These lots are surface lots with no associated parking charges for self-parking. If valet services are used those costs would be the responsibility of the attendee.
What the dress code is for attendees?
The dress code informal / business casual. Basically, if you wouldn't wear it at the office or at your agency training facility you should not wear it here. Otherwise, we don't restrict your attire unless it is in poor taste or has offense images not in keeping with professional groups. To reiterate: IF YOU CAN'T WEAR IT AT WORK, YOU SHOULD NOT WEAR IT IN THE MEETING SPACE.
